Two products, built on public records.

harta-firmelor.ro is the company map of Romania. sicap.pro watches its public procurement for the firms that bid. Both run on records Ichnera collects from their official sources.

The company map

harta-firmelor.roWho is registered where, and in what standing.

Type the name of a firm, its CUI (the company tax identification code) or an address. The answer comes from the ONRC trade register (the National Trade Register Office): whether the firm is active, deregistered or insolvent, where it has its seats, what it filed and what it earned.

Each company page joins the register with ANAF (the national tax agency), the balance sheets, the court portal, Monitorul Oficial (the official gazette) and SEAP (the public procurement system). Firms that share an address, an administrator or a phone number show up as connections. Each status check names its source and the date it was read.

It is built for people who check a partner or a supplier before they sign, who follow who is registered at an address, or who look up a firm from an invoice, and for the accountants, lawyers and consultants who need register and financial data in their work.

Analist, an investigation agent that answers questions about the register with the evidence behind each number, is in private beta on harta-firmelor.

Procurement monitoring

SICAP.proEvery tender notice, searched and alerted.

sicap.pro monitors public procurement for firms that bid on it. It indexes the notices published in SEAP, the electronic public procurement system, and filters them by procedure type, CPV code (the EU procurement vocabulary), budget, contracting authority and place.

A saved filter becomes an alert. Each new notice that matches arrives by email or in the app, in an inbox of its own, where colleagues work the same alerts together. Tender documents download without an electronic signature.

It is built for the bid managers, sales staff and owners of firms that answer public tenders, who would otherwise check the official portal, e-licitatie.ro, by hand.

Beyond Romania

Both products currently serve the Romanian market. Our ambition is to extend Ichnera’s own products and agentic intelligence service to international public data, helping businesses research companies, relationships and procurement across markets.

The collection, search and evidence work provides a foundation. Each new market still needs source assessment, language and format handling, and validation of record matches and coverage. International availability is planned; no markets or launch dates have been announced.
