Analytics
We count visits with PostHog, on its servers in the European Union. Each page you open sends a page view: the page's address and title, the page that sent you here, your browser, operating system and device type as your browser reports them, your screen and window size, language and time zone. Both addresses are cut before any ? or #, so nothing you add to an address is sent. PostHog works out an approximate location (country, region and city) from your IP address at the moment the event arrives, and does not store the address. When you move to another page on this site or close the tab, the time you spent and how far you scrolled are sent. A click on a link to harta-firmelor.ro, sicap.pro or monitorul.ai sends which of them you chose. Sending the contact form sends which reader you picked, general or investors, and never your name, your email address or your message.
Nothing is kept in your browser for this: no cookie, and nothing left in its storage. No identifier is stored in your browser, so PostHog cannot recognise you on a later visit. The random identifier that groups one visit's events lives in the open tab's memory and is gone when you reload or close it. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is sent. There is no session recording, no heatmap and no automatic capture of clicks or form fields, and no advertising script. The fonts are served from this site.
Theme preference
The light and dark switch in the header saves your choice in your browser's localStorage, under the key theme. The value is light or dark. It stays in your browser and is never sent to the server. If you never use the switch, nothing is saved. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
Server logs
Vercel hosts the site. It records the requests it serves in its platform logs, as described in Vercel's privacy policy. The contact form adds one line to those logs for each send attempt that reaches its spam checks or the mail step: sent, or refused and why. A message refused for a missing or malformed field logs nothing. It never logs your name, your email address or your message.
Contact form
The form on the Contact page asks for your name, your email address, who should read the message, and the message. The same form on the Investors page sends to the investors address and does not ask who should read it. The email we receive also carries the address of the page you sent it from. When you send it, the server hands them to Resend, the email service that delivers them to hello@ichnera.ai or investors@ichnera.ai. Resend processes them for us, as described in Resend's privacy policy. We keep the message in that mailbox to answer you, and use it for nothing else.
The form sets no cookies and loads no third-party script. Against spam it carries a signed timestamp and a hidden field, and the server counts messages per IP address in memory for an hour, so it can refuse a flood. That count is not written anywhere.
If you write to one of the addresses above, we keep your message and your address to answer you, and use them for nothing else.
