Ichnera builds and operates public-data intelligence products for businesses. harta-firmelor.ro supports company research; sicap.pro monitors public procurement. Both serve Romania today. Analist, our investigation agent on harta-firmelor, is in private beta.
We are seeking investment to extend our products and agentic intelligence service to international public data. The opportunity is to help corporate teams research counterparties, follow relationships and investigate procurement across markets.
What is live
The company map of Romania. Search a firm by name, by CUI (the company tax identification code) or by address. Its page answers from the ONRC trade register (the National Trade Register Office), joined with tax status, balance sheets, court cases, Monitorul Oficial (the official gazette) and SEAP. Firms that share an address or an administrator show up as connections.
Procurement monitoring for the firms that bid on public tenders. It indexes the notices published in SEAP and filters them by procedure, budget, contracting authority and place. A saved filter becomes an alert, delivered by email or to an inbox in the app that colleagues share.

Ask a question about a firm in plain language. The agent queries the registers, follows the relationships, and returns the answer with the evidence it rests on.
A translated exchange shows a supported count and an unsupported claim removed from the draft. See the evidence example on the homepage.
The international opportunity
Our ambition is to bring Ichnera’s own intelligence products and service to public data across international markets. The Romanian products provide a working foundation: collecting records, retaining sources and dates, connecting entities and making the results searchable.
Each market needs its own source assessment, language and format handling, reliable identifiers and validation of coverage and answers. International coverage must be established before we can offer the service in a new market.
Funding would support that expansion: extending public-data coverage and developing the agentic investigation capability now in private beta. We intend to operate the resulting products and service for corporate customers.
The data
Our products use Romanian company and procurement records. The founders’ research covers parliamentary transcripts and a historical archive of asset and interest declarations, most filed from 2022 to 2024. These research collections are separate from the commercial products. Source dates and coverage matter: a match by name is labelled as such, rather than treated as an identifier match.
Over 4.1 million firms, 8.9 million Monitorul Oficial company acts, 2.85 million asset and interest declarations and 535,688 parliamentary speeches, across our products and the founders’ research.
