We collect public records.
Our Romanian products bring together company, ownership, financial, court and procurement records from official sources. The founders’ research also covers parliamentary records and a historical archive of asset and interest declarations. Coverage and update dates depend on the source.
We make them searchable, by people and by agents.
Our products help businesses research counterparties and monitor public tenders. The founders’ Parliament archive demonstrates access for AI assistants through a public MCP (Model Context Protocol) server.
We investigate across them.
Analist, in private beta, queries records and follows company relationships to return answers with evidence for review. Matches by company identifier are distinguished from matches by name. This is the agentic capability we intend to extend internationally.

In private beta on harta-firmelor. Ask in plain language; the agent queries the registers, follows the relationships, and returns the answer with evidence for review. The example shows a supported count and an unsupported claim removed from the draft.
The agent distinguishes matches by identifier from matches by name. Source evidence helps a reviewer check the answer; a name match alone does not establish identity.
